In India, Litchi fruit is available fresh from the garden for a couple of month May-June.

Those who are starving of wine, Litchi is a good substitute.

High Vitamin C content of Litchi makes it an excellent anti-oxidant which makes the immunity of our body strong.

Litchi is a fruit tree that can grow in tropical and subtropical climates.  Litchi has it’s Native in China spreaded almost all over across the globe. It smells very much like a flower, and is often used to flavor mocktails, cocktails and dishes. Litchi has a sweet aroma, which is lost if not consumed fresh.

The fruit is almost primarily eaten as a dessert in Asia, parts of America, Africa, others.

Roasted litchi, Litchi kheer, confectionary dishes and various other fine delicacies can be enjoyed.

Litchi flavoured soft drinks and cosmetic items are available in the market.

Usage: Litchi is a strange and wonderful fruit with a wealth of health benefits, including its ability to boost the immune system, prevent cancer, improve digestion, build strong bones, lower blood pressure, defend the body against viruses, improve circulation, helps in weight loss, protect the skin, and optimize metabolic activities, etc.
