Aromatherapy with spices

Cinnamon has a beautiful flavour to rejuvenate senses. Cardamon is another legend in the world of spices. Bay leaves is always a delight.

Bishops weed treats tongue hot. Black and white mustard seeds have strong flavours.

Black pepper and black salt tops many and possibly any dish.

Coconut dry and fresh are known anti-depressants.

Coriander powder and cumin seeds are mostly essential Indian spices.

Curry leaves raw or dried up treats senses differently.

Lime smells anti-body odour, also many great virtues to heal and turn on mood.

There is a long list of many other Indian spices and off course other spices that can be experimented to find their contribution in aromatherapy with spices.
