How did I do Burmese painting?

Written by Moumita Adhikary

Dreaming of a far-off land I have never travelled to, ended up with my hands on a new form of painting to me from interiors of Myanmar.

Bringing in charcoal effect on paper in water colours was different. Burmese painting pattern being more of dabbing colours rather paint-brushing as I have perceived on my own. Painting a black and white scenery was melancholy and picture looks as follows : –

My first Burmese painting ever.

Another Burmese painting consists of colours of unreal shades while different view of the same painting would suggest melted Sun colours used to a hut by a wooden bridge beside a small water place.
