Human body consists of 70% water. An average individual can carry less than 20 percent of his/her own body weight. Studies and researches are of opinion that to carry a backpack or anything on the back is a better way to carry weight. Carrying weight at the back increases cardio-vascular circulation and calorie shed on a workout. However, for women carrying less weight is healthy option.
To carry weight for long is not good for muscles and tend to bent upon of structure and discomfort.
Some people are not able to carry weight specifically in upward inclination during stand by or movement.
Either training of the physical body and mind is required to carry weight or oblige to mind, body and soul’s realization to carry or to not carry weight is required.
