Weight

Body weight found somewhat overweight.

Resolution to reduce excess weight according to height and weight metrics : To create and maintain eating chart for a week having counts of regularity of meal, snacks, liquid consumption and balance of nutrition.

Thank God I am good. Healed of palpitating heart that I felt since a fortnight ago.
