Tai Chi to relief stress

For beginners, to start with Tai Chi workout method to reduce stress are as follows : –

i)Inhale and  exhale

ii)Withdraw and push

iii)Cloudy hand – hand movement is to go to left and body to right and so on.

iv)Petting horse – on the left then right.

Practise: To perform Tai Chi is indeed a way to relax as no havoc exertion is involved and movements are very mild and gentle however, if practised correctly quite effective. Best performed in open air. Closed space not good, availability of air is important to help breathe in and out at ease.
