Should long-term job seekers in receipt of Government benefits be made to do voluntary work so that they give something back to the community?

Students seek job to work and earn living. It’s sad when anyone who happens to be a long-term job seeker, as this is an unexpected situation possibly due to failure to bag job.

The Government of the Nation do conduct recruitment for placement of suitable candidates in the Government work positions. Such recruitment drives are systematic however have their own set of criteria, rules and regulations.

Private sectors located in a Nation have work regulations in synchronization with Government rules, trade and business manners.

After education and workforce is ready, there is enough room to learn in case of delay in employment of an individual.

Being part of the community, a person can contribute voluntary work despite of being a job seeker.

For example, to clean wastes in the surrounding, the proper way can be to collect disposables together and help to dump them to the dustbin.

As the saying ‘Cleanliness is next to Godliness’. A clean habitat is the right attitude towards personal hygiene and become Nature friendly. Could I say that’s a good habit of a dutiful citizen rather than any conditional giving back to live in a community.
